Project Overview The project involves the design and development of a 5-bedroom duplex residential building with associated boys’ quarters (BQ) at the rear. The design is to provide a functional, comfortable, and modern living environment, with clear separation between public, semi-private, and private spaces.

Project Objectives To design a spacious and efficient residential duplex To ensure functional zoning between living, service, and private areas To provide adequate convenience facilities (toilets, circulation, accessibility) To incorporate a self-contained service block (BQ) for auxiliary use To maximize comfort, ventilation, and natural lighting 3. Accommodation Schedule 3.1 Ground Floor (Public & Semi-Private Spaces) Entrance / Ante Room (Lobby): Spacious reception area serving as the primary entry transition space Living Areas: Main Living Room: 6m x 10m (primary gathering space) Secondary Living Room: 6m x 6m (private/family lounge) Dining Area: Approx. 4.5m x 6m, located in close relationship to the living areas To include adjacent/attached toilet facility Kitchen: Functional layout with provision for storage and ease of access to dining Guest Bedroom: One (1) bedroom located on the ground floor
