Dallas’ Best Retail Street

Henderson Avenue lies in the heart of Dallas but feels off the beaten path, a contrast that contains its allure. Today, Henderson is a gritty, eclectic tapestry where fine dining rubs elbows with favorite old haunts. Artisan coffee houses abut cutting edge retail brands next to bespoke cocktail bars.

This ambitious new development comprised of 10 distinct retail, dining, and office buildings, will remake a quarter mile of vacant land into Dallas’ most compelling urban retail district.

Project Blue Sky

Project Blue Sky answers the call from North Texas suburban residents, employers and visitors seeking a worldclass, walkable, mixed-use development. As envisioned, the 43 acre development will be noted for its exceptional entertainment offerings and green filled public spaces. The introduction of topography and lush greenery within a 5 acre park sits juxtaposed to a vibrant digital district. The Autobahn

Clearfork Phase II was conceptualized on an undeveloped 32-acre site directly adjacent to The Shops at Clearfork. Notably, the project will be anchored by best-in-class automotive dealership, Autobahn Motorcar Group. This oneof-a-kind new development successfully and remarkably incorporates Autobahn’s luxury automotive dealerships, along with its centralized service center and parking garage, into an exceptional retail-centric mixed-use development. Clearfork Phase II seeks to challenge convention and redefine the future of automotive dealerships in a mixed-use environment.

In close collaboration with entrepreneurs and small business owners, distinctive and innovative retail storefront designs help establish a memorable and resonant presence in the hearts of their community.

By understanding the unique essence of each business, I help teams develop visually compelling and strategically aligned designs that not only enhance their physical presence but also communicate their brand story effectively. From conceptualizing eye-catching storefronts to implementing impactful signage strategies, these projects aim to elevate the overall aesthetic appeal and market visibility of these businesses.

Interiors

Recent interior projects span from residential renovations that infuse personalized charm into living spaces, to experiential entertainment concepts that express new levels of creative innovation.

To foster a sense of belonging and inspiration in an era where the boundaries between work and life are evolving, the office must innovate to compete with the comfort and convenience of working at home. By curating boutique work environments, we create a place where people not only work, but genuinely want to spend time. With the aesthetic and functional adaptability, this creative office approach redefines what is possible outside of the traditional definition of an office space.

Placemaking

To establish this District as a social and cultural hub, it’s essential to find a way to trigger massive public interest in the area, even before the initial phase of construction. With the use of visually striking, multifunctional public space activations, we can encourage the rise of social interaction in the neighborhood and make the District an urban destination.

Introducing a collection of visually impactful interactive structures—unified by a singular ground plane colorscape—will provide a multi-functional platform for arts-and-tech activations capable of establishing the District’s identity and seeding its adoption by the local community. Importantly, this also gives the Ion District a story off which to successfully recruit retailers and restaurateurs.
