Jhao Yi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in North Taiwan. The company has professional technical service teams, specializing in the production of various kinds of servo turrets and powered turrets for composite processing machines, precise positioning intermittent cam indexing drives for automated machinery, cam-type gapless precision rotary table, ATC and all kinds of special cam. Jhao Yi upholds the philosophy of putting customers first and providing sincere service. ● The series adopts 3-piece Clutch and hydraulic locking providing great durability, which is suitable for heavy machining.

To enable the company to become a leader in precision manufacturing in Taiwan, we have obtained ISO9001:2015 international quality certification and purchased the latest high-precision processing equipment, high speed precision special machine tools, and high-precision measuring instruments. ● We can accept OEM/ODM orders.

● It uses Mitsubishi motor and servo drive as power source tool disc. Rotating speed is fast. It takes only 0.1 second to move to next tool position. Positioning accuracy is ±2 seconds. ● The tool disc does not move forward to prevent contamination by chips positioning accuracy, maximum rigidity and superior repeatability. ● Low noise and high durability.

◆伺服刀塔特性 ● 全系列採用三片離合齒及油壓鎖緊，耐用性高，適合重切削。 ● 使用伺服馬達、驅動器為動力源，來驅動刀盤旋轉，動作快速，轉一刀位只需0.1秒，定位精度 ±2秒。

● 刀盤不推出，免受刀屑、切削液侵入之虞，定位精準高，剛性強，重視性佳。

◆Features of Powered Turret ● Rotating positioning adopts 3-piece Clutch and hydraulic locking providing great durability, which is suitable for heavy machining.

● The maximum rotating speed of the turret can reach 5000/6000 rpm. It has great torsion force and is suitable for heavy milling, drilling and tapping.

◆Services

● VDI tool disc is adopted. Positioning accuracy can reach 0.01 mm (without tool holder). Concentricity can reach 0.005 mm.

● Manufacturing of Servo Turrets and Powered Turrets.

● Powered spindle motors can be adapted to change according to different types of controller, such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, etc.

● Manufacturing of Cam Indexing Drives and customized optional combination. ● Production of precision Cam-type Rotary Table. ● Automatic Tool Changer.(ATC) ● Design and manufacturing of special Cams.

● Rotating speed is fast. It takes only. ● 0.1 second to move to next tool position (neighboring tool). Positioning accuracy is ±2 seconds, Repeating accuracy is ±1 second.

● Turret adopts DIN 1809 Clutch. ● Rotating positioning and powered tool changing take less than 1 second.

◆動力刀塔特性 ● 旋轉定位採用三片式離合齒及油壓鎖緊，耐用性高，適合重切削。 ● 動力刀具最高轉速可達R.P.M.5000/6000，扭力超強，適合銑切削、鑽孔、攻牙。 ● 動作快速，轉一刀位只需0.1秒（相鄰刀），定位精度±2秒，重覆精度±1秒。 ● 刀盤式採用VDI定點精度可達0.01mm（未裝刀座），同心度達0.005mm

● 精密凸輪式分度盤製造

● 動力主軸馬達可依不同控制器型號做改變，如發那科、三菱。

● 自動換刀機構

● 動力刀座的連結器採用DIN 1809介面。

● 特殊凸輪設計與生產製造

● 旋轉定位與動力刀具交換時間在1秒內。
