About The Project
Design Problem : In creating a sense of community in a neiborhood or in a building we needed to, design a central node, a boundary, an image of similarity of buildings, oppurtunities for community activities, safety for children from vehicular traffic inside the campus. It is often said that children are the true neighborhood people, neutraliing possibilities of vertigo, structural simplicity as well as structural innovativeness, climaticcally suitable for the area.

About The Project
Design Problem : Puri, both as a city and a district, has been a tourists’ paradise as a prominent center of pilgrimage that is simultaneously endowed with the natural blessings of azure seas and lush forests in the vicinity. Puri hosts millions of pilgrims and tourists around the year, with the concentration reaching its peak during the annual Rath Yatra festival, when millions of devotees throng to Puri from across the world, to pay homage to Lord Jagannatha. The escalating prospects of the Tourism industry in Puri shows the demand of hotels for accomodation. To design a hotel which demanded for 15-20 excecutive occupancy, 70-80 delux occupancy, 2 presidential suits, 4 delux suits and ample of amenities to help the tourists and have them engaged.

About The Project
Design Problem : To design a mixed-use development program which are beacons for their sustainable design and planning. Projects that represent the aspirants of the youth; that are examples of good architectural interventions and invoke qualities of wellbeing, inclusivity, and a integrated approach.
An oppurtunity to design innovative futuristic mixeduse hubs specifically for towns (Tier 2,3,4 cities). The global pandemic and lockdowns have boosted technological advancemnts in our live-work patterns, the companies have opted for hybrid modes. This has given the oppurtunity for the young proffesionals to stay close to their family and work from home and have a better work life balance.

About The Project
Design Problem : To design a center which helps to improve long distance travelling experience for commuters. To create employment oppurtunities for local youth. A platform for farmers to sell their produce. To encourage frequent breaks during the journey. To reduce driver fatigue related accidents. Helipad to expedite evacuation during medical emergencies and providing disaster relief. Highway village is a mega-project which is proposed to be constructed across 183 sites in the country by the government. It will be developed through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
