Welcome to the 2024 Kentucky Farm Bureau Beef Expo. Hinton Mills is proud to help sponsor the 26th Annual All Breeds Pen Heifer Show and Sale this weekend. As in past years, several of the cattle that will come through the ring at this sale have been fed Hinton Mills feed, supplement tubs, or mineral. Others may have benefited from the animal health items or equipment we sell, such as vaccines, waterers, working systems, or scales. Whether you are trading with us or someone else, it’s clear that the animals at this event each year have been well cared for!

The Hinton Mills farm supply business has been serving farm families in our region since 1918. We got our start in the cattle business when our founder, Frank L. Hinton, was orphaned after his parents died when he was a child. At a young age, he was able to help put food on the table by raising and selling calves. The money he earned selling cattle eventually became the seed money for our family business, Hinton Mills. Four generations later, we are still serving farm families like yours.

Hinton Mills has six farm supply locations scattered across northeastern Kentucky: Fleming County Farm Supply, Jabetown Mill, May’s Lick Mill, Frank Hinton & Son, Hinton Mills Cynthiana, and Hinton Mills Mt. Sterling. We are also excited to announce that, this past year, we partnered on a tub manufacturing facility to better control the supply, quality, and price of the protein tubs we offer our customers. Our stores carry a wide variety of agricultural products, but our focus is on feed, seed, fertilizer, crop protection, animal health products, minerals, tubs, and fencing materials. We are very confident in our ability to provide our customers with the trusted products, service, and advice necessary to manage a farming operation of any type or size.
