Sharon formed Just Us Realty after receiving her Real Estate Agent licence by Recognition of Prior Learning due to vast experiences within the real estate industry, both in Queensland and Western Australia.

Her vision and ambition to succeed will see Just Us Realty expand and continuously meet individual needs for many years to come.

Karissa is a Bundaberg local, having grown up within the region she brings to Just Us Realty an abundance of local knowledge as well as years of customer service experience gained within the retail industry. Karissa is currently completing her law degree which in itself demonstrates her devotion toward her moral standing within society, a definite asset valued within the Real Estate Industry.

Vanessa is originally from Wagga Wagga, NSW and recently made the move to Bundaberg with her three beautiful children. She loves the country town feel Bundaberg offers, being away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, and close to the beaches. The move to Bundaberg has been a pleasant and relaxing lifestyle change and is happy to call Bundaberg home.

Karissa joined the team at Just Us Realty only a few weeks after opening our doors. During this time she has learned and developed many skills and attributes necessary to fulfil her duties offering office support to the team - from director of first impressions to property management and sales assistant.

She brings with her a wealth of experience from various roles within real estate, 2 years studying property valuations, and telecommunication managerial roles. After entering the real estate industry in 2009 as property management and sales assistant, Vanessa is more than ready to take her career to the next level as our Rural Sales & Marketing Specialist. Vanessa obtained her Certificate IV in Property Services from recognition of her experience and studies completed in NSW.

Karissa's excellent communication skills and hard-working attitude combined with broad local knowledge, and ability to conquer any challenges with grace makes Karissa an asset to the team. She understands the importance of great customer service and is dedicated to ensuring the office runs smoothly - this is paramount to the business and all associated.

BUNDABERG is the focus of a successful marketing campaign, 'Where Great Begins'. "The first stage of the campaign helped secure more than two million visitors to the southern gateway of the Great Barrier Reef," Ms Donaldson said.
