Plenty of pedal power on show at social cycling club An Eaton-based cycling club is going from strength to strength with its last social ride seeing the biggest turnout yet. Nineteen riders set out from Eaton Park in beautiful sunny conditions for a ride to Mulbarton. The Eaton Park Community Cycling Club rides out once a month on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evening gettogethers are also held throughout the year. Organiser Stuart Beard said: “We now have four trained ride leaders so we’re able to split the largest turnout into two separate groups, which is much more manageable, setting off with a few minutes’ interval. “This group included six newcomers, including another tandem with a stoker with visual impairment, and several regulars weren’t able to make it. “We feel pleased we’ve gone from strength to strength. “It’s more than just cycling; it’s about community, socializing, and enhancing mental and physical health.” Those involved in the ride to Mulbarton enjoyed refreshments at the village’s
