Born in a city of bright lights and beautiful events, and boasting a career spanning 20 years, Nicole Bull has styled everything from stunning public and corporate events, special celebrations and weddings, top-shelf wine label launches and even a fi ve-star venue. After touring nationally and internationally with her work, the journey brought Nicole to the quiet enclave of Katoomba, where she established the creative house of Penny Lane Studio to share her unique eye for styling, warehouse of décor and Event Management experience with couples marrying in the Blue Mountains. Read Nicole’s eco-conscious styling tips on page 92.

Rachel Hewson established Rachel H Photography six years ago, after focusing her working life on doing what she loves most – creating life-long memories. She specialises in weddings and portraiture, and loves nothing more than creating beautiful portraits within stunning Blue Mountains landscapes. Rachel lives in the mid Blue Mountains and is an active member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers. See her inspirational fashion shoot on page 68.

Brought up in the rich creative soils of Katoomba, Lulu Levins-Skehill has lent herself to modelling for life- drawing groups and photographers across the east coast since 2014. Improvisation and resourcefulness inspire all her creative endeavours – which extend to music and art –as do the attitudes of self-love and honesty. Lulu’s ethereal quirk, which she describes as “slipping through the cracks of elegance and natural grace”, is evidenced in our Inspiration shoot on page 68 and on our cover.
