The architectural space, nestled between old and new city developments, serves as a vibrant third place for the community while rejuvenating the surrounding area. Designed for happenstance and beginner photographers, it features void spaces, overlapping floors, and contrasting natural light. These elements encourage exploration and composition experimentation, offering opportunities for creative expression. Natural light floods the space through skylights and windows, providing dynamic lighting conditions for photographers to master their craft. Beyond photography, the space hosts workshops, exhibitions, and cultural events, fostering community engagement and connection. By embracing happenstance, photography, and community, the architectural marvel becomes a timeless beacon of inspiration, bridging the gap between tradition and innovation.
這座建築空間坐落在新舊城市發展之間，既是社區的繁華第三空間 ，又煥發了周圍地區的活力。
設計以偶然性和初學攝影者為主， 結合了空間虛無、重疊樓層和對比自然光。
這些元素鼓勵探索和 構圖實驗，為創意表達提供機會。
自然光透過天窗和窗戶灑入空 間，為攝影師提供動態的光線條件，以精通他們的技能。 除了攝 影，該空間還舉辦工作坊、展覽和文化活動，以促進社區的參與和 聯繫。 透過擁抱偶然性、攝影和社區，這座建築奇蹟成為了永恆 的靈感之光，架起了傳統與創新之間的橋樑。
Happenstance consists of happen, and circumstance. In Chinese its called 偶然巧遇。

Section A
The division between public and private realms is articulated through the vertical section of the building. The first four floors, comprising the public amenities, feature generous ceiling heights, expansive glazing, and inviting entrances to encourage pedestrian engagement and interaction with the surrounding urban context. In contrast, the upper floors housing private offices have a more restrained facade treatment, with emphasis on privacy, security, and controlled access.
建築物的公共和私人領域之間的劃分是透過建築的垂直結構來 體現的。 前四層作為公共設施，擁有 敞的天花板高度、大面積 的玻璃幕牆和引人入勝的入口，鼓勵行人與周圍城市環境互動。 相較之下，容納私人辦公室的上層則採用更為克制的立面處理， 專注於隱私、安全和控制進出。

親密化。
在現代社會中，人們越來越孤立。越來越多的人過著 疏離的生活，沒有社區意識。
現代高層公寓解決了密 度問題，讓更多的人居住在狹小的區域內，但反過來 又將人們隔離在整齊的盒子裡。 這個實驗試圖在垂 直生活和社區（「垂直村莊」）之間架起橋樑。 親密 從一個小動作開始，兩個家庭在一個共享空間裡洗衣 服，一個將私人空間帶入公共空間的空間。
然後，該空間被垂直化，作為使用閣樓配置的多個家 庭的公共場所。
