Justin-Siena’s Vision 2030 Strategic Plan is deeply rooted in its Lasallian Catholic mission, aiming to cultivate a strong identity and culture that permeates all aspects of the school. Throughout the Vision 2030 document, we make reference to “academic excellence.” Aligned with our Lasallian core principle of quality education, we define academic excellence by the habits and values students build - curiosity, integrity, perseverance - not simply the grades they earn. These qualities prepare them for meaningful, purpose-driven lives. Academic excellence is about how students engage with their learning, reflect on their progress, and stretch themselves intellectually over time.
