Burial ground sanctury plays an important role in Chinese people mental need for landscape. As a place for Chinese people to memorize their passed away families and ancestors, it becomes a waste of land as well when population becomes denser and land becomes scarce and expensive in cities. Such sancturies could be combined with brownfield remediation so as to satisfy the mental need of respectful and noble burial ground and ecological value. This project leverage Genetic algorithm to generate the best solution which could gather runoff in the pollutant areas and embed human bone ash with seeds and nourish trees. In the meantime, with the tree species selection, pollutants could be gathered in the lower points by runoffs.
