Welcome Home This spectacular top-floor Queen Anne condominium boasts thoughtful modern upgrades while maintaining its classic 1930s character and charm. The corner unit in the Lansdowne fills with warm natural light and expansive windows frame iconic views of Lake Union, the downtown skyline, and the towering Space Needle. The boutique building’s coveted location puts one in the heart of the vibrant Queen Anne community with its numerous eclectic restaurants and inviting coffee shops. Stepping into the unit, eyes are drawn immediately to the period detailing such as the richly hued hardwood flooring and the exquisite crown molding and trim work. High ceilings help create an open and airy feel. Windows in the spacious living room face east and south and the orientation maximizes the panoramas of the urban landscape. The sunlit space is centered on a dramatic fireplace, the only one in the building, that is surrounded by attractive stone. Striking built-in bookshelves flank the fireplace and enhance the refined feel of the room. Entertainers will love showing off the spectacular views and will also appreciate how seamlessly guests can move from the living room to the dining room. Enjoy meals while gazing out on the Space Needle and other Seattle landmarks. French doors lead from this space to a bonus home office/den. A remote worker would certainly appreciate the convenience and privacy of this room.

Neighborhood QUEEN ANNE: TIMELESS CHARACTER IN THE DYNAMIC HEART OF THE CITY The only Seattle neighborhood named for an architectural style, Queen Anne is a community that embraces and preserves its heritage. Locals formed the all-volunteer Queen Anne Historical Society, which is still active and strives to preserve the area’s distinct charms. Today, Queen Anne manages to cultivate a small-town feel even with its proximity to downtown Seattle. This family-friendly and diverse community prides itself on its beautifully maintained homes, tree-lined streets, and walkability. Stroll to local schools and parks, shopping, cafes, the Queen Anne Farmer’s Market, and dining — everything from classic diners to brew pubs to some of the toprated restaurants in the city. Home to Amazon, Facebook and Google, nearby South Lake Union is the epicenter of Seattle’s tech industry and one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Equally known for its quality cuisine, there is something for every taste, from casual bites to awardwinning restaurants.

GRAPPA “Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Seattle. Every dish I tried was so spectacular I’m still dreaming about them. I wanted to lick my plate after finishing the seafood risotto; it was that good. We also tried the hummus appetizer and chicken marsala and would order both again in a heartbeat. The interior is dark with candles on all the tables, giving it an intimate feeling. Great place for a date night or special occasion!”
