Leading Forward: A New Chapter Begins

Sometimes, moving forward starts with saying goodbye As we blessed the Partners building and The Ebby House one final time, we honored the deep history held within their walls and celebrated the promise of what’s to come.

In 2024, your generosity set transformation in motion. Renovations began on the Carroll Neighborhood, a new memory support space designed to offer dignity and purpose to older adults living with dementia Construction also started on expanded independent living options, including a vibrant clubhouse and woodworking shop that will bring creativity and connection to life for our residents.

We also formed a life-changing partnership with Bezos Academy, which will soon bring tuition-free Montessori preschool to our East Dallas campus extending belonging and opportunity to even more families

And so, a new chapter begins Because of you, Fowler is expanding These new spaces will nurture community and care across all generations

Thank you for making this future possible. You are building more than buildings; you are building belonging.

The impact of your generosity in 2024 is captured in the figures below Thank you!

The long-awaited Corrine’s Café opened in 2024, offering warmth, welcome, and belonging to all who enter The Peak. Created to serve middle-income seniors who are often left out of traditional housing options, The Peak stands as a testament to compassionate innovation Named in honor of Roland Bandy’s cherished mother, Corrine’s Café is a tribute to a family whose love for Fowler runs deep. The Bandy family’s generosity and yours helped make this beautiful space possible, continuing Roland’s legacy and uplifting every older adult who calls The Peak home

In 2024, The Ebby House celebrated ten years of transforming young lives Since opening its doors in 2014, over 90 young women, ages 18-24, have found safety, structure, and stability on their path to adulthood.
