HI, I’M JULIETTE I’m an enthusiastic product designer with a passion for all things sustainable.

I found this passion after trying out a dozen hobbies, ranging from playing the flute, over drawing school, to photography lessons. Trying to discover my own path in high school, I enrolled into the editorial and writers team for the school magazine, helped to write and direct a science show and travelled to Poland for a five-day exchange on the culture and traditions of different European countries.

When graduation day arrives and I’m handed my diploma in maths and sciences, I decide to take an alternative route that brings me to product development at the University of Antwerp, combining theoretical knowledge with creative challenges.

During the first years of university, I discover the world of eco-design and sustainability. This passion further develops throughout my uni career, which leads me to graduating with a master’s thesis that describes the research and design process of a sustainable packaging system for fruits and vegetables.
