Executive Summary

Issue 2

We have gained a lot of ground in the kitchen this past month; we completed the interior demolition, and now the existing space opens up to the new addition. This has allowed us to pour the concrete floor, fur out the interior walls, and install the in-wall utilities. In the coming weeks you will see floor tile and wall finishes installed in the space so we can make way for the new kitchen equipment.

Project Look Ahead

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins in the kitchen addition are complete and have passed inspection. The new roofing is finished, and the window is installed. We have started the interior drywall, and the FRP and flooring will follow. After that, the kitchen equipment will be brought in and the final connections made.
