PM Update Hello All, Welcome to the October edition of the “Inside Scoop for the Coldwater BPU project. When we checked in with you last, the interior framing was completed and MEP rough-ins, along with the exterior framing, were in progress. A lot has happened over the past month and this project has really picked up steam over the past few weeks. The exterior framing and sheathing is now completed. A new EPDM roof was installed. The interiors are starting to take shape as well with the MEP rough-ins complete and drywall starting.

The Sitework is where most of the visible progress has taken place over the past few weeks. Removal of the sidewalks and asphalt parking lot is complete. A new underground stormwater system is being installed. The manhole structures have been completed. The last part of the site utilities to go in is the StormTech stormwater chamber system. This system will self-contain all of the stormwater from this property as there is not an available tie-in to the city stormwater system. Water from the chamber then saturates back into the ground. Other exterior work taking place is underground piping for irrigation and underground power conduit. Please enjoy the highlights of this project from the past month in the attached photos.
