PM Summary Great Progress! For those of you who aren’t able to walk through the construction areas, it might look like progress has slowed over the past month. In fact, it’s quite the opposite, evidenced by the congestion onsite as we try to find parking for the influx of additional workers. While the outside of the Memory Care addition looks much the same aside from additional siding work completed, the inside has transformed. As the “rough-in” work for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades was completed and inspected in large areas the insulators concluded their work, followed closely by the drywallers who are covering all the wood framing with drywall. It’s a huge milestone for the project and puts us into the final push of finishing the drywall, followed by painting, flooring and final finishes to complete the rooms.
"Why worry? We're wearing hardhats, aren't we?"
I’m also happy to report that as of August 14th, the Rehab area has been approved for move in! I want to thank everyone for their patience and flexibility in relocating for rehab over the past several months. We hope you enjoy your new space! Lastly, the Health Center is progressing on schedule through Phase 6 and is nearing completion. Best regards,
