Phase 4 of the Kresge renovations is winding down. The second floor of the south wing was substantially complete before Christmas, and the first floor was wrapped up just after Christmas. We are working our way out of phase 4 through the dining area and promptly addressing punch list items as they are noted.

Inspections are scheduled, and we should be ready to turn over this phase during the first full week of January. Thanks again for all your patience and support throughout this project. Let’s keep it going through this final phase, as it stands to be the most challenging of them all.

Building Together | Construction Update Newsletter UMRC - Chelsea, MI - December, 2019 KRESGE RENOVATIONS | UP NEXT Moving into 2020, we will see Phase 4 come to completion.

Coming with the New Year will be the start of Phase 5.

Phase 5 is the final phase of the project and will feature the renovation of the nurses’ station and kitchens on both the first and second floors, along with the renovation of the second floor dining room. We look forward to finishing this project and turning over a quality product to UMRC in 2020. Happy New Year to you all!

Our team spotlight for the month of December is Interstate Fire Protection.

Working with Howard from Interstate has been very enjoyable. He is always very punctual and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Howard is very flexible with his time and very committed to his work. These are the qualities that make working with Howard and Interstate so enjoyable. We look forward to closing out this project with Interstate and hopefully working together in the future.
