Jewel ry News-Cool Fashion Jewel ry in Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Collection I have to say Temperley London is among our favorite catwalks, the collection is so luxurious and so bright – specific floral embroideries, luxurious fur hats, gold brocades, and the massive antique Byzantine jewelry that looks especially attractive. As a jewelry enthusiast, I thrill at the gorgeous designs and I am so impressed and so glad that I could see so many wonderful ethnic pieces on runway, from earrings and necklaces to body chains, bracelets, large gem-set necklaces, Christian iconography in the form of crosses and enameled saint’s images used as pendant, bracelets worn in pairs, rather long pendant earrings.
Talking about the Lanvin Paris Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Fashion Show, Lanvin has been celebrating the tenth anniversary this year, and Alber Elbaz has created a perfect collection, that was very womanly, both simple and chic, unusual but traditionally feminine. Dresses came adorned with plenty of crystals, trimmed with faux fur, finished with frills and pleats. The accent was made on curves – skirts wide at hips, and shoulders – luxurious strapless dresses teamed with statement necklaces. Lavin fall/winter 2012/2013 collection features fantastic jewelry works, weird exaggerated necklaces, earrings and bracelets. The shapes were huge, styles were bold, giving a touch of sophisticated statement. The interesting cameo necklaces with large stones especially were eye-catching, looking very stylish and having a feeling of some memory.
Among all the Fall/Winter 2012/2013 Collection, I am so impressed when I saw Chanel Fall/Winter 2012/2013 collection. The range was full of a future in which angular cubist embellishments, X-form coats and dresses, balloon pants make science fiction feeling. Models in three-piece-suits- jacket, skirt, and pants, gave a vision of life in the future. Chanel jewelry was great. Huge necklaces which seemed to be made of metal, includes oversize bib necklaces and metallic pieces with large metal pendants. Exaggerated wide bracelet bangles were so interesting. Theses jewelry pieces add a touch of cold metallic, looking so bold and so cool.
