My name is Julia, and I am an interior designer based in Paris. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism (2020) and a Master’s degree in Interior Design (2024).
With nearly three years of professional experience, I have worked in architectural offices and as a freelancer, gaining a diverse skill set. I am a dedicated, creative, and ambitious individual, always eager to expand my knowledge and master new skills and software.
My design philosophy emphasizes simple forms, functionalism, and a balance between beauty and comfort. Besides design, I have a keen interest in photography and collage, drawing inspiration from travel, good coffee, and sunny days.
I am currently seeking a position as an interior architect or set designer. The creative industry brings me immense joy, and I am passionate about contributing to it through my work. Below is a portfolio showcasing a selection of my projects that best reflect my aesthetic sensibilities.

academic project on the 1st semester of Interior Design Master’s degree programme / 2021
The aim of the assignment was to arrange the ground floor of a building at Ujazdowskie Avenue in Warsaw, the total area of which was just under 100 square metres. The main idea behind the project was to create a creative space with a shop offering ceramic products and weekend workshops in this craft for children and adults.
EXPOSITION / SHOP AREA
The inspiration for the design of this part was primarily clay itself and its plastic ‚possibilities’. For this reason, the design is based on display elements and a shop counter with rounded shapes. The central point here is the display wall behind the counter, with recesses of also rounded forms. The shelving next to the wall is designed with a simple grid, so that it contrasts with the rest of the space. The colours and materials also refer to the ceramic raw material.
I wanted to create a place which, by its very arrangement and the materials used, would refer to its purpose and, with its minimalism, shift the viewer’s attention to what is most important - the ceramics on sale. The interior has been divided into two spaces. The first is the exhibition and shop area, while the second is the studio, further divided into two rooms.

ATELIER AREA
The atelier area is located on a small rise, accessed by a staircase with an original wavy shape and a glass door. For functional reasons, the space has been divided into two rooms. The first room is a space for working on ceramics on potter’s wheels, which have been fitted to a large table. This space is also the place where workshops are to be held for those who want to learn the secrets of this craft.
The second room contains the kilns, a space for storing tools and a small office for working on new product designs. Thanks to the glass doors to the studio, shop users are able to see how the work is done on the products they plan to buy. This move is also intended to encourage customers to take part in the ceramics workshops that the venue offers.
02. AQUATIC - SWIMMING POOL
academic project on the 2nd semester of Interior Design Master’s degree programme / 2022
CERAMIC ATELIER
The project presents a swimming pool building with a water jump, designed in the building of the former „Rainbow Cinema” in Warsaw’s Zoliborz district.
The main idea was to show the water jump as the most important and attractive element, so that we, as users of the building, can see it from all sides thanks to the many glazings.

SECOND LEVEL PLAN
SWIMMING POOL AREA
On the ground floor there is a reception and the entire part for pool users. Already in the main corridor we can see the first glazing, thanks to which we feel the atmosphere and purpose of the building from the very entrance. On the first floor, I designed a small cafe, from which there is also a view of the water jump. I wanted to keep it raw, so the main material in this part are white tiles that do not distract attention from the main element, which is the jump.

03. APARTMENT VARSAVIA
The project presents the arrangement of an apartment for a family of four. I wanted to maintain a minimalist style while keeping a cosy and pleasant atmosphere. For this reason, I decided to use mainly warm colors and wood.

OBJECT DESIGN
diploma project for the graduation of Interior Design Master’s degree programme / 2024
When designing the object, my primary focus was on integrating the fundamental principles of ergonomics while striving to achieve a minimalist and elegant form. The object in question is a meticulously crafted double-sided desk, carefully engineered to accommodate two distinct working positions: sitting and standing.
The desk’s foundational height is tailored with precision, featuring a lower top set at 65 cm and a higher one at 95 cm, ideal for individuals approximately 160 cm tall. Designed to accommodate varying ergonomic needs, the desk includes extendable steel legs that can be adjusted with additional extensions as required.
Its design embodies simplicity with a touch of modernist aesthetics. A distinguishing feature of the desk is its dual wooden tops positioned at different heights, not only enhancing its visual appeal but also facilitating efficient work organization. Striking a harmonious balance between the warmth of wood and the industrial allure of metal was paramount in my design process.
To soften the overall aesthetic and counterbalance the materials’ inherent rigidity and scale, I meticulously incorporated rounded edges and subtle curves across different elements of the desk. These thoughtful details not only enhance the desk’s functionality but also contribute to its overall inviting and user-friendly design.
