We pride ourselves in bringing people thoughtfully sourced and sustainably packaged pain relief medicine.

Our mission is to inspire more environmentally conscious and purposeful minds by providing the best in pain relief with easy-to-take pills and easy-to-recycle packaging.

Our Identity • Logo

Logo Our logo is the most visible element of our identity – a symbol for all that we stand for.

It’s a guarantee of quality, relief, and design across our range of medical products.

The Simpil logo is based on the typeface ITC Usherwood.

It was chosen for it's simplicity and humanistic form. It is distinguished by the relationship created through the 'i' and 'm' and the lightened dot.

Secondary color When more contrast is needed, the white logo directly to the left is used on top of our secondary teal color.

Our Identity • Logo Clear Space

Logo: Clear space Whenever the official Simpil logo is used, it should be surrounded with clear space to ensure its visibility and impact. No graphic elements of any kind should invade this zone. Clear space is developed from half of the 'S' in the logo and is shown as the dotted line.

Our Identity • Color Palette

Color Palette Our color palette was created with one thing in mind – people. It was chosen to reduce stress and indicate the strength of each pain relief package.

Inspired by medical research and studies, Simpil’s color palette was chosen to reduce stress on its viewers and users while also indicating strength of the pain relief pills.

The teal color indicates a stronger dose while the pinker palette indicates less. The cream color is a nod to Simpil’s core value of Sustainability – treating your health with the same care to your environment.

Our Identity • Typography

Used for body and all other information text

Typography To convey our core values with typography, we employ two juxtaposed fonts of different aesthetics. These two work beautifully in marrying together hierarchy with clarity.

ITC Usherwood is the primary font for Simpil. It is a contemporary serif that is easy to read while still providing a human element which contrasts the bold and clean Circular font.

Graphic Elements By utilizing lines and icons as graphic elements we establish a concise brand identity that can be understood by everyone regardless of age, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status.

When used together, the lines and icons help divide up the medicine packaging information in a way that is clear, yet easy to skim over in a second to find the information you need.

To keep our brand consistent, we have created a range of line weights. The thinnest lines are typically used for smaller information that may relate to each other while the thicker lines are made for large scale materials.

As an addition to the variety of line weights, icons are used within our brand to convey information quickly pertaining to our sustainable packaging, medicinal properties, and other relevant information to our brand and its use.

Photography Our photography should evoke Simpil's core values and what it can provide for its user.

To complement Simpil's calm, yet confident energy, photography should always be focused on either the slight discomfort one may use before using Simpil, the end outcome of using Simpil's pills or the environment Simpil's packaging is helping preserve.

Our Products Staying true to our core value of 'Purposeful', we have crafted a product line which eases pain and stress on the user. The purpose of our products is just as important as what it's made out of.

Our packaging is made of molded paper pulp and a bio plastic made primarily of corn. We use these materials because they are kind to our environment and kind to the pills they contain. We apply these materials to three types of packaging – the pill bottle, the pill box, and the pill container for storage. All three can be composted, but the container for pill storage can be reused.

Our Products • Pill Box

Pill Box Our most common product is our pill box.

It contains 12 pain relief relief pills and a blister package made primarily of paper pulp.

Our Products • Pill Bottle

Pill Bottle The second option for our pills is our pill bottle which is made out of the bio plastic made of corn. This bottle contains 50 pain relief pills and is handy for users who need a consistent dose.

Pill Container The pill container is our final product and most useful. It is made of the same bio plastic the bottle is made out of and can be reused to contain a small amount of pills.
