WHO I AM?
My name is Julián. I’m 28 years old, an architect with three years of experience and a keen interest in interior design and residential space design. I’ve collaborated with other professionals in the field in my city on small projects and am eager to learn more about the field. The implementation of furniture and the creation of sensory and detailed experiences are something I’m deeply passionate about within the design world.
I enjoy teamwork and collaboration with other design professionals. I try to complete projects within the established timeframe and optimize my processes to carry them out.
INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS
I have been able to design interior spaces, mostly apartments, covering their entire area, i.e. living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, barbecue areas, terraces, in multi-family buildings, applying the homestaging approach with special attention to sales.

LAS ROSAS PROJECT
This project was conceived for a newlywed couple, Arturo and María.
It is located in the city of Madrid, in the province of Las Rosas.
The requirements for this space were the organization and layout of a living room and a work-from-home space, taking into account preferences such as a calm, minimalist atmosphere, for the relaxation and tranquility of the couple and their pets.
The project consists of custom-made furnishings, natural lighting thanks to the large windows, and a proper circulation layout, as there is very little space available. The project also includes materials for pets and to improve the couple’s mood while meditating, exercising, or watching television.
