CARBON CHALLENGE Baltimore Design Competition
The Baltimore Design Competition new urban row house is laid out as a classic, three-story townhouse to afford a smaller footprint while being built entirely of wood construction and cladding. Each unit is designed using modular dimensions so that the “advanced framing� wood construction can be panelized on-site by trained crews. This will enable green job creation from local labor supply while improving productivity of the construction and reducing overall construction time.
