A Modern Rock Music Center The aim of this project is to design a music center that will house modern rock musicians varying from local to foreign and have a place for them to perform and showcase their talents. The music center will also accomodate the rich history of “Pinoy Rock� which have transcended through the passing of time in small galleries that will be available for public viewing.
CARBON CHALLENGE Baltimore Design Competition
The Baltimore Design Competition new urban row house is laid out as a classic, three-story townhouse to afford a smaller footprint while being built entirely of wood construction and cladding. Each unit is designed using modular dimensions so that the “advanced framing� wood construction can be panelized on-site by trained crews. This will enable green job creation from local labor supply while improving productivity of the construction and reducing overall construction time.
