INTRODUCTION

Robusta B.V. is a family owned company, dedicated to weaving an extensive variety of woven textiles for various applications around the globe. Since its founding in 1960, the organization is located in Genemuiden, The Netherlands. Robusta has developed itself into a specialized textile manufacturer. With more than 55 years of weaving experience, our company established to create different woven fabrics in multiple fields, such as carpets and rugs for the contract and residential market, civil engineering, agriculture, industrial applications, military and defence, and the sports industry. Together with a team of dedicated professionals we aim for continuously development.

WOVEN CARPET

Woven carpet is the oldest method of producing textile and weaving is still considered the best way to make carpet. Woven carpet outperforms all other types of carpet and nothing compares with its outstanding appearance retention, longevity, durability and design possibilities. Woven carpets are extremely hard wearing because each yarn is individually interlaced with each backing yarn in one continuous step. Robusta has high flexibility and almost unlimited possibilities in woven carpet, by using various weaving methods. With our history, our extensive know-how and our professional employers, we adapt in such a way to achieve together what you are looking for. For specific needs, new materials, technical capabilities or to develop new, revolutionary products: we always love to work together on a new challenge! Robusta has over 55 years of experience in weaving carpet in The Netherlands and we know that with its excellent qualities, woven carpet is still the carpet of the future!

Robusta has developed a fashionable collection of flat woven Naturallook carpet that is extremely weather resistant and highly practical.

Our Naturallook carpet combines the advantages of today’s synthetic fibers with classic traditional weaves. It has lots of shade, knots and texture variation to mimic authentic natural fibers.

Our Naturallook carpet is woven to be incredibly tough and durable and its outstanding resistance keeps the carpet in high-quality condition for years. The Naturallook yarn-dyed fiber has incredibly rich color that holds its vibrancy over time. Naturallook carpet adds warmth underfoot in cooler temperatures and relief from hot surfaces in hot climates. Naturallook carpet is resistant to chemicals, including bleach, so they easily repel stains and are equally easy to clean. In addition, Naturallook carpet is pet-friendly and mold- and mildew-resistant.

Our Naturallook carpet can be used wallto-wall, as a finished rug, or even outdoors! Outdoor living space has become an essential part to any home and being able to extend your everyday living space to include the outdoors, has been an emerging trend. Our Naturallook carpet is stainresistant, water-repellent and has excellent light fastness, which also makes it the perfect carpet for these spaces.
