No assumptions are made in the process of designing a logo. The selection of the color green was intentional, symbolizing life and aligning with the concept of a tree representing growth. While alternative colors were considered, the unanimous decision was that green best embodied the crucial essence of growth. Ultimately, when transitioning to a new home, one is expanding and nurturing their family.

When Parella Estate’s finally broke grown, we embarked on formulating strategies to communicate the readiness of the new development for public acquisition. Notably, print advertising emerged as a significant success factor. Collaborating with Parella Estate’s chair and Realtors, the team contributed to the creation of the visible 8x4 ft sign positioned near Highway 99 in West Sacramento.
In conjunction with our efforts in Outdoor advertising, we established a close collaboration with Realtors, actively engaging in the creation of tailored marketing materials specifically designed for their communitycentric to promote Parella Estates.
What rendered Parella Estates truly impressive to prospective buyers was the design and structure of the lot map. Formulated to be utilized seamlessly on the web or in print, the map was ingeniously crafted. Our intention in creating the map was to foster interaction with the public. By a simple touch on a lot location, individuals were seamlessly transported to a dedicated page where they could access more detailed information.

The website played a pivotal role in the advertising of this subdivision, if not the most crucial. Our marketing department invested significant time and effort to ensure that the website aligned with the board’s requirements. The development process spanned two months and culminated in a successful outcome.
Today, the Parella Estates website attracts an average of 1200 visitors a day. Visitors can access the mentioned lot map, gather additional information about the subdivision, and connect with Realtors for showings and financing.
Parella Estates not only enhanced its online presence by increasing web traffic but also demonstrated the marketing department’s proficiency in social media. We generated impactful social media blasts targeting specific demographics on Facebook and Instagram, guiding users to the website or prompting them to contact Realtors. With a budget of $50, we achieved over 30,000 impressions within the first week.
