by Krystle Bassett At the beginning of the school year, Angie Hall wrote this powerful message on her white board. I think of it everyday. In our district, many of us are learning to define our roles. We are navigating a new landscape, one where there is much to learn. Some teachers feel uncomfortable as they strive to figure out where they fit in this new space of personalized learning. As an Innovation Specialist, I am redefining what I do on a daily basis. Our PL Leads are doing the same. At the end of the day, all of us are working to improve learning for our students.
