2. What is the buying process like, and how long does it take?
The process can vary, but typically includes the following steps:
Get preapproved for a loan
Submit an o er
Open escrow
Complete inspections, nalize the loan, and close
3. Can I buy this property as an investment or second home?
Yes. RENOU allows investment or second-home purchases, provided leasing rules are followed. Rentals must be for a minimum of 30 days and apply to the full unit only.
4. Can I rent out the home after purchase?
Yes. You may rent your home for a minimum term of 30 days and an initial maximum term of two years.
5. What are the estimated monthly costs (mortgage, HOA, taxes)?

6. Are there any rst-time homebuyer programs or grants available?
Yes. Some approved lenders o er programs for rst-time buyers. For example, Bank of America o ers 5% down and up to $17,500 in grants for quali ed buyers.
7. Do I need a lender’s preapproval to make an o er?
Yes, preapproval is recommended before making an o er. While not required before touring, it's encouraged. You may contact an approved lender after your visit.
