MENU Catering and Events


# therealfarmville

is a small urban farm located outside the Grand Ballroom that is mantained by the Levy team. The farm serves as a visual reminder of our mission to source ingredents, as responsibly as possible. We work with local, organic, and responsible farmers and producers on an unprecedented level, which sets the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland apart from all other venues. For us, the farm tells the story of our passion for a sustainable food system.

OUR CHEFS Executive Chef Brad Gambrell C.E.C. Brad Gambrell earned his American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef accreditation at his first Executive chef position at The Club at Key Center in downtown Cleveland in 1993. Since then he had been delighting discerning members of Northeast Ohio private clubs as Executive Chef of Barrington and Beachmont Country Clubs, followed by his leadership at Landerhaven Executive Caterers producing some of Cleveland’s most celebrated galas and events. Chef Gambrell has also served on the Board of the Cleveland chapter of the American Chef Federation and was an instructor at the Tri-C Culinary Arts Program—personal interests that serve to give back to the hospitality industry while inspiring the next generation of chefs. As a student of Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale, Chef Gambrell has kept his own kitchens innovative and technically on point—especially when it comes to sous vide cooking techniques and the artistic balance of modern and classic. Passionate about using fresh, local ingredients, he leads the culinary team at the Huntington Convention Center in sustainability initiatives with our own organic garden, beehives and livestock. Married to his wife Laura since 1998, the couple has five children and two grandchildren and enjoys living in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland.

Executive Pastry Chef Britt-Marie Culey

Chef Britt-Marie Culey approaches pastry by honoring French tradition while injecting her distinct personal flair. After graduating from college with a pre-med degree, she decided to exchange her scrubs for a chef’s coat and enroll at Western Culinary Institute, a Le Cordon Bleu program, in Portland, Oregon. After honing her skills in Southern France, New York City, and Connecticut, Culey eventually moved her talents to Cleveland, OH where she opened the critically acclaimed, Coquette Patisserie. Culey continues to explore the intrinsic yin and yang of pastry: art & science, crunchy & creamy, sweet & savory; as Pastry Chef for Levy Restaurants at the Huntington Convention Center. As her passion grows, she is always looking for ways to create the unexpected.
