THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2025 DELIVERED A CONFIDENT AND STEADY PERFORMANCE ACROSS THE RAY WHITE COASTAL LIVING NETWORK, WITH STRONG BUYER ACTIVITY AND COMPETITIVE AUCTION CONDITIONS CONTRIBUTING TO A SOLID START TO THE YEAR.

Our network launched 230 new property campaigns and completed 167 sales, generating a combined transaction value of over $191 million.

Auction performance was a key highlight, with 86 auctions conducted and an 83% success rate, underpinned by an average of 3.3 registered bidders per auction. A standout result this quarter was the sale of Apartment 601 at Essence, 13–15 The Esplanade, Maroochydore, which sold for $5.1 million. This premium riverfront apartment attracted strong local and Brisbane interest, reaffirming the Sunshine Coast’s appeal in the luxury market and the growing appetite for high-end living.

Buyer engagement remained high throughout the quarter, with 5,989 inspections and 1,814 open homes conducted across the region. Notably, 69% of buyers were based on the Sunshine Coast, reflecting a strong local market driven by both upsizers and downsizers. A further 16% of buyers came from Brisbane, followed by 7% from the ACT, with remaining interest coming from other parts of Australia.

Overall, the results from Q1 reinforce the Sunshine Coast’s continued strength and resilience as a property market. With stable buyer interest, strong clearance rates, and quality campaigns across all price points, the region is well-positioned for another strong year of performance. For property owners considering their next move, the conditions remain favourable for achieving strong outcomes with the right campaign and team in place.
