Revitalising Bulcock Street Stage 1 of the The Bulcock Street Streetscape and Esplanade Redevelopment Projects is well underway. Stage 1 includes the frontage of Felicity Park and the old Post Office, down to the roundabout at Otranto Avenue. Completed works will provide a fresh look to the busy commercial precinct and be of great benefit to traders, tourists and locals.

The construction works will be staged in sections: Section 1 – old Post Office and visitor information centre; Section 2 – Bulcock Street shops; Section 3 – Felicity Park Area; Section 4 – Remaining shops and Roadway.
