The Lake Houston Business Expo is the opportunity for businesses to market their products and services to other businesses. Program Overview Leadership Lake Houston is a pres gious 9-month program designed to prepare, tool and enable par cipants to make an impact on the growth and vitality of the community. To accomplish this, the class will a end day sessions, once a month for eight months, to learn the current status and needs of various aspects of the community and will receive training for successfully serving on commi ees and boards. This partnership offers opportuni es to sharpen leadership skills, develop knowledge, and focus on issues affec ng our community through monthly sessions. The eight day session topics include Quality of Life and Area History, Business and Economic Development, Government, Jus ce and Public Safety, Educa on, Healthcare, Social Services and Community Leadership. This special program includes an opening recep on, 2-day retreat and ropes course, eight day sessions (one day a month for eight months), and a gradua on ceremony.
