As soon as a property has been assigned to Westcott, an occupancy status is communicated to me within 24 hrs. If the property is occupied, Westcott determines whether the tenants want to continue paying, accept cash-for-keys, or need to be evicted within a day or two. Detailed interior and exterior pictures are taken and submitted within the first few days, and any trash out or repairs needed are communicated to me along with pictures.
