Hired Skye full time & Brad spent his 1st year with us!

Onboarded over 35 employees Took part in the first Influencer initiative and continue to create content for it today Created Marketing Forum Reengaged Mastermind Series for Sales.

Offered Quarterly Marketing Updates summarizing marketing resources, reminders and updates.

Monthly Marketing Efforts were sent with a variety of resources and marketing topics for Sales

Technology Implemented Salesboomerang and Realfinity systems for sales.

Developed Lead Management workflows in Surefire.

Biggest setbacks: people are overthinking social media and are scared to use different platforms.

We plan to include Social Media Efforts in the monthly Marketing Efforts newsletter.

2024 Projects: Incorporate more ‘facetime’ style videos to educate audiences.

Include more lifestyle content with relatable personal stories and trends.

Instagram story takeovers. 1-3 LOs take over the MSHL IG stories each month.

They will record and post on our IG story account. Hoping this will grow our audience, increase real life education and share our culture.

Research and Engagement Spend 1 hour/ day engaging on social platforms- only like, commenting and following. No posting or content creation.

Engagement this way is proven to grow exposure to our pages Research- what is happening in the market, industry, world that is relevent and worth sharing. include variety of topics, stay relevent and relatable.

Seamless transition when Brad was added to the team.

Brad designed updated format and look to create intros, outros, and tasteful video edits.

✓ Create video edit packages for LOs

While available, this was not a top request. Brad was able to nail down themes and content branding LOs were looking for.

When clients participated, we shared individual LO videos & Brad put together 2023 compilation video.

Brad organized and cleaned up video library, established great communication with LOs and effectively managed projects.

2023 Feedback The most common video request from LO’s: basic topics such as rates, downpayment, programs and often with a realtor.

PROJECT: create scripts for the most common topics to encourage preparedness and confidence on camera.

Film samples with Mike for generic use LO’s are starting to do more social reels with Brad and he’s been a great resource to help add a tailored, professional look to their videos.

2024 Objectives Asset and project storage. Right now Brad stores and edits everything off personal NAS. Would be nice to have one place, accessible to the entire team where all video content can be organzied.

Explore project management system in addition to, or to replace, Wrike so that Team has better “at a glance” of projects.

Merch and apparel for all of Main Street Trophies for 5 year employees.

Monthly branch celebrations Updated branding including logos, banners and email signatures.

Magazine format Will include Health & Wellness, cultural highlights and employee spotlights, and giveaways.

Other than an amazing new look, we hope to cut down on monthly emails to Sales in hopes they will reference back to this throughout the month and year

Main Street Home Loans’ First Women's Event.

Celebrating and empowering women in the mortgage business by creating a space to promote and unify female business professionals while fostering a networking experience.

Where: Watermark Hotel in Tyson Corner, VA When: Sunday, March 10 - Monday, March 11 2024 Was voted best weekend to do so amongst Karen, Kaitlyn, and Kyndle Accommodation: Watermark Hotel; 30 double-rooms block. $189/room What it entails: Sunday, March 10 Happy Hour, casual meet and greet, on site vendors Monday, March 11 9am: Yoga/breathwork session 10am: Panel (Sisterhood-esque, personal stories, motivational speakers) 12pm: Lunch ($3,000 min) 1pm: Kynd Kit (Giving back/volunteering team building) 3pm: Done!
