Joy Bungalow was the first resort built on Koh Jum back in 1987, long a backpacker favorite and the best-known resort on the Island.

Joy Bungalow is of Thailand’s true travelers’ meeting points. All kinds of people, from all corners of the globe have made Koh Jum, and in particular Joy Bungalow, their escape from the rest of the world. This small, unspoilt tropical hide-away has a unique ambience which lends itself to quiet contemplation and genuine feeling of inner peace. GENERAL INFORMATION

For Sand, Sun, Beaches and Island lovers in its natural setting. We are Joy Bungalow. A 34 units bungalow resort set in tropical jungle on a longest stretch of white sand beach on Jum Island. Visit us if you like nature as it is given to us. Book Koh Jum Island Resort.

The beach is full of crabs and jungle full of birds. Come see the sun set behind Phi Phi Island. The best time of day when white sand turns into gold. You'll find out why foreigners call us "Heaven on Earth"!

Our Bungalow in Koh Jum restaurant serves renowned home cooking of Thai & International dishes pen for B-fast , lunch & dinner. Our liquor bar serves sodas , alcohol beverages, cocktails , beer and wine at reasonable price.

SHUTTLE BOAT TO JUM ISLAND FROM KRABI NEW PIER

Come to Bungalows in Thailand. Shuttle boats operate between Krabi and Lanta Island daily at 11.00 and 13.00 hours during travel season (October - April). Check updated schedule which is not fixed from year to year It will stop at Jum Island to let passengers off.

Once at Northern part of the Island and again At southern part of the Island. Joy is situated in the Southern part of the Island or second stop between Krabi and Koh Lanta.
