ARY CLAY Morgan is a member of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings’ Litigation Practice Group, Labor and Employment Practice Group, and Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Team. Her practice primarily involves the representation of defendants in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Morgan earned her Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude in 2003 at the University of Mississippi School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude in English

and Spanish in 2000 from Millsaps. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, a former director of the Capital Area Bar Association, a past-president of the Jackson Young Lawyers, and a past-president of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association She is involved with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, Leadership Greater Jackson, Stewpot Legal Services Clinic, and Fondren Presbyterian Church. She was one of the Mississippi Business Journal’s 50 Leading Businesswomen in 2013, and was one of Portico-Jackson Magazine’s Top 10 up-and-coming attorneys in 2012.

AYTIE PICKETT is an attorney at Jones Walker LLP where she focuses on appellate advocacy and commercial litigation. After graduating from Tulane University, Pickett served as a corps member of Teach for America teaching art in the Mississippi Delta for two years. Following her teaching career, she attended Mississippi College School of Law, where she graduated first in her class and is the only person in the school’s history to finish with a 4.0 GPA. After law school, Pickett clerked for the Hon. Rhesa H. Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Pickett is a community leader and serves as an active member of the Junior League of Jackson and a graduate of Leadership Mississippi. She has served on the boards of Jackson Young Lawyers and both the Appellate Section and Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar. The Jackson Young Lawyers’ newsletter won its first national award the year Pickett served as the Newsletter Committee Co-Chair. Pickett’s professional memberships include the Federal Bar Association, American Inns of Court, and the American Bar Association. Pickett lives in Jackson with her husband, Drew, son Harry, and three dogs. She is an avid cook with a passion for the arts and traveling.
