Amy Kebert Elder, a shareholder at Baker Donelson, focuses her practice on regulatory and business law for the gaming industry in Mississippi and Louisiana. She advises clients on matters ranging from project development, licensing and compliance to financing and restructuring. She regularly appears on behalf of her clients before the Mississippi Gaming Commission. Ms. Elder is currently serving her second term on the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Advisors. Prior to attending law school, she held a Series 7 license and worked in the securities industry. A graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Ms. Elder is the proud mother of her daughter, Meridith. In her free time, she can be found trying out new recipes in her kitchen and catching up on cooking shows.
