Here! >>>Click Here<<< https://EditaPaper.com Monroe College ​hey guys it's Pope today is Wednesday September something with the other date I'm surprised it know what day it is I am hanging to the gym about to go hit some snatches I'm getting ready for a heavy day tomorrow on both Santa clean jerk I had a PR last week of 88 kilos on this match so that was really exciting yeah 88 is 194 pounds so I'm the 63 class that's pretty decent I'd be up there near the top so I'm very excited about that um I've been working really hard on my snatch technique and I think my back is gotten stronger and just getting more confident on the pool under usually when I load up the Reds with the greens to make 85 kilos I get a little spooked to kind of guess in my hand I know up some power lifters are like that too like one plate to plate three plate kind of get some people said I'm kind of like that with the two colors on the snatch for some reason so got over that I didn't bother me at all this time smoked 85 like really easy and then hit the 88 pier so I was exciting especially yeah well I'm going through some in my career right now like I just felt really good to be able to mentally focus on and still hit big numbers so that's exciting um not sure I'll go to maximum tomorrow maybe I try to hit 88 again or just hit somewhere like 85 build my confidence my meat is in two and a half weeks I'm also competing this weekend in USA PL trying to qualify to raw nationals I'm excited about not sure what I'll do I'll clean up tomorrow I don't know if I'll go heavy again at all I'm clean jerk um the last time I test my clean jerk I had a pretty good number not PR but like my knees my 6% or so and felt pretty good about it so I'm not sure it's worth taxing my CNS to go heavy again kind of just
