When organizations actively start accepting and promoting diversity in the workplace it will give hope to the world that people are still ready to work and function in conjunction with each other. It is a positive sign that times of conflict can finally end and more people can co-exist, even as strong units.

Experts such as Joshua Hunt strongly believe that the world can be changed to be made into a better place to live. When the planet Earth did not come with natural boundaries, there really is no need for people to rigidly draw boundaries at places where they are not needed such as at the workplace.
