Product manufactured with the
MUTU Project - Design of handcrafted products. The objective of MUTU is to make known the value of the handcrafted work of Mexican ethnic groups. We worked with the MAYOS ethnic group from Masiaca, Sonora with saddlery. A design process and eld exploration were carried out to learn about the craftsmanship, their work, and then work with the information obtained.
We created these two bag designs with the aim of presenting a product that ts better into the current market and its work gains value in the eld of Mexican fashion design. The bags have a geometric body using triangles and prisms. A real prototype of the bag was made and a branding identity was developed with label, packaging and logo design.

Wooden bags
This experimental creation is made of wood for the body structure of the bag. Plywood is used which makes it light. The material is cut on a laser machine and the vector cut generates this checkered pattern on the box design adding thin lines that give it a modern touch. Natural leather strap and lid with texture, di erent nishes and inked colors all hand-stitched to add an original and unique personality.

Rhinoceros 3D modeling
This project was carried out with the Mexican company CIO (Center for Research in Optics) designing an ergonomic and innovative ophthalmological device to perform diagnoses e ectively and quickly using the company's retinal camera technology.
The work lasted 5 months, a design process was applied which consisted of several stages of research, users, exploration of ideas and sketching and modeling. The device presents its shape with the idea of being easily carried anywhere with a clean and aesthetically friendly design. The user interface and interaction buttons were designed.
3D modeling of an airplane and rendering of an object in PNG to later be edited and customized with a background in Illustrator and Photoshop to bring the movement of the airplane in the air to life.
