Mr. Inocencio cited ways to improve the school’s inner and outer characteristics through student effort which will consequently increase the
other high schools within Pasig City. Starting 2019, the principal said that students and teachers should make conscious effort for the development of the school’s original culture beginning with their knowledge on the DepEd Vision, Mission and even the RHS motto. Students also have been told to know their purpose in school, to learn, to perform well, and to study good things that will develop their own talents and abili-

The school motto, “Strive for excellence for the glory of god”, had been used as an example to persuade students to improve themselves in terms of cleanliness, study habits and even time management, which was an important issue among students and teachers as lacking time management usually lead to cramming schoolworks and paperworks causing pressure among students from time to time. Also, Mr. Inocenio stressed on
and other phrases that may improve the Rizalians image especially to other schools and cities and help make the school seem page 3 more welcoming and friendly. The principal also said that one of his goals was to bring back Rizal High School’s glory and fame back in the day, when the school was famous all throughout the place because of intellectual qualities and posi- page 5 tive attitude towards life. Inocencio said that those were Rizal High’s glory days and those were supposed to be brought back to life to make
