BIENVENIDOS El cine ha contado con monstruos desde su creación, pero posiblemente no sabías que ellos tenían su propio género cinematográfico.

Así es, hablamos del “Tokusatsu”, que es la traducción japonesa de “Filmación especial”.

Dentro del género se encuentran personajes famosos que son englobados al “Kaiju Eiga”.

El más famoso de ellos es nada más y nada menos que el mismo Godzilla, quien se lleva el título de “Rey de los Monstruos”. De cerca le siguen “La octava maravilla del mundo”, King Kong, así como Gamera, “El Guardian del Universo”., y finalmente, Ultraman.

Tampoco podemos olvidarnos de la épica producción del maestro, Guillermo del Toro: “Pacific Rim” o “Titanes del Pacífico”, estrenada en el año 2013. De verdad espero que esta obra sea de su agrado.
