ABSTRACT
This report of experimental Project delas about the contentsdeveloped for the construction of the software “PaPo- Poltical Participation�. That is why it draws to the theorists of political science,among them Avelar and Dallari, who consider the participation as base of democratic life. On democracy were consulted Guareschi and Bobbio, according to whom that can overcome issues such as discrimination. About Communication, the work relies on the ideas of Nelson Tranquina, on doing journalism, and J.B. Pinho, about the language adopted in the means of dissemination and the audience. The intersection between these two areas of knowledge is the main theme of the final product of this research. The text shows how journalism appropriates of metadiscourse to transmit knowledge on citizenship, politics, democracy, participation and development of civic conscience.
