This style of heels are known as kitten heels, and the popularity of them are rising. This sling-back style is an iconic 90’s look, but it is being brought back by brands such as Gucci. The sleek yet feminine look can be worn in the office, but also on a night out on the town. The bold, glossy colors paired with the gold detailing and pointed toes brings new life to an old style.

Pearl jewelry has always been classic and timeless staple. They provide a sleek look of elegance for the wearer. Dries Van Noten is one designer that is revamping pearls and creating a whole new modern look. Statement rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces adorned with pearls creates a daring, modern twist to an old classic. This maximalist style could become a macrotrend if adopted by both male and female wearers.

Knitted Sets
Matching sets tend to be all the rage, especially in athleisure. While that trend is on its way out, knitted sets are making their appearance on the runway. These delicate and preppy knitted styles are next up for casual wear, and I could foresee this style of knit completely taking over workout set styles. Versace did a beautiful job of creating this new style of loungewear, and the doors are now open for more looks following this trend.

Chokers
Statement jewelry tends to rise and fall throughout the fashion cycle, but now, statement chokers are having their introduction to the fashion world.
Christian Dior is helping to bring this new look to life with various metals and astrological details. Statement chokers are not tied down to one material, for this style can come in many shapes and sizes.

Fabric Sash Belts
As statement belts make a name for themselves out in the fashion world, a new trend from this style is immerging– fabric sash belts. This look is inspired by recent internet trends online, such as “coquette aesthetic” or “ballet-core”. These flow, wrapped fabrics have such a dainty, idyllic, and feminine vibe. Sandy Liang did a wonderful job on the S/S 24 show, and this trend will be followed by young women who want to achieve said internet trends. I can see this becoming a microtrend.
