Gymnasium. Located on the basement level of the hotel, accessible between 5.30am until 11pm gaining access with your room key.

Please note that due to COVID19 safety restriction this area has maximum capacity of 6 individuals at any instance.

Reception. We are here 24 hours, for any requirements please don’t hesitate in contacting us on 8111 from your in room handset.

Breakfast. Served daily at the Canberra Labor Club Restaurant, with guest room chargeback facilities available.

Dining Facilities. The bistro restaurant at the adjacent Canberra Labor Club is open 7 days for both lunch and dinner, with guest room chargeback facilities available.

Internet. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout our hotel, including your room.

To access, simply select the ‘Mercure Guest Wireless’ network, accept the Terms and Conditions and select Connect.

Television. We are excited to offer Chromecasting Streaming Service for you to enjoy your choice of content at the touch of the button.

Laundry and Ice Machine.

Our Self Service Laundry and Ice Machine are located on the basement level of the hotel.

Parking. The hotel offers all hotel guests secure parking at a discounted rate of $10.00 per night. Allocated parking is located on Level 4 in the designated Mercure Parking Zone. You will need to receive a parking ticket from reception to park in this area otherwise Wilsons will charge you their overnight fee.
