Located somewhere in the Trawas Woods, this private art gallery combining the private space and the gallery space which connected through the void. WIth the woods and river as the view, this cabin is a relaxing space to stay.

Nuanu x SETTER

Coworking Space

Our vision is to create an unique working & collaborative space that pulling people out of the box ( the usual conservative working space limited with 4 walls and a door ) and creating unusual space experience, triggering our minds to explore and be creative, and connect people to another.

Located in a site by the river, the main building take a layering 3 levels form to mimicking the site contour, and allowing the sunrays penetrated through the building. Stairs and void that connects 1st floor to 3rd floor is filled with fresh vegetation to bringing life inside the concrete building. The building is also could be used as Nuanu’s art space gallery which would diversify the visitor even more.

Not just bring the greenery into the workspace, we also bring the workspace out to the green spaces. We use plants and trees as wall’s substitution to maintain the workspace’s privacy. We provide totally different space to work.

Both the Setter Co-working, the Private Office, and the Gazebo Working Space is connected altogether with the Setter Cafe in the center of the site to attracts and connect people to have some coffee together and start a business conversation.

SETTER COWORKING

Consists of 3 story building with the stair voids that plays its role as the oasis of the building - where we put the greenery inside the building. the void also connects each level of the building

The working area is semi outdoor space. We tried to redefenite our working space with no walls , door, and air conditioner.

First floor of the building, consist of private meeting area, and social space to interact.

SETTER CAFE

Located in the center of the site, The Setter Cafe plays it’s role to attracts different layer of people, could be from the Setter Coworking itself, from the Private Office , or totally strangers from the outside.

HIDDEN IN THE WOODS

Create a unique working space, which is set apart from the noise of the city. Instead of locked in the 4 walls with a door, this working space is a open space that surrounded by plants and trees. This time we choose to bring the workspace to the green, instead of bringing the green into the workspace.

Located on the east of the site, providing a private working space for lease. A bridge of galvanized grating is connecting the leasing office with the cafe.
