LEAD TIMES
Logo submission and approval times vary based on account requirements and internal Jones processes. Both parties must complete their respective reviews. Standard production time varies depending on seasonality.

Submit your logo in one of our preferred file formats. Please ask your sales representative for details.
COLOR MATCHING
If you can not provide Madeira thread colors or PMS colors, we will match your colors to the best matched Madeira thread.
DIGITAL PROOF
An order summary will be emailed to you, showing thread color, placement and other details. This will allow you to check and ensure the order is correct before production. If any other proofing is necessary, it will be communicated through your sales representative.
PRODUCTION
Once that order summary has been approved, we will move this into our production queue. (Your sales representative will have shared/ confirmed the production time.)
