DYNAMO NOTES 

Dynamo rout United with four‐star performance: The Dynamo made the most of a man advantage on Sunday, scoring four goals after D.C. goalkeeper Bill Hamid was sent off in the 17th minute for a rash challenge on Macoumba Kandji in the box. Brad Davis (penalty), Will Bruin, Boniek Garcia and Brian Ching (penalty) would each score for the Dynamo in the 4‐0 win. Houston goalkeeper Tally Hall earned his third consecutive shutout as the Dynamo took the season series, with two wins in three games over United.

Lopsided victory: Sunday’s 4‐0 win marked the first time the Dynamo have scored four goals in a game since April 29, 2011, when they beat D.C. United, 4‐1, at Robertson Stadium. It was Houston’s largest margin of victory in a regular season match since Aug. 20, 2008, when it defeated Chivas USA, 4‐0, at Robertson Stadium.
