Welcome to Twice as Nice Catering We are a small independent catering company based in Rochester, Kent, that provides a variety of private and corporate events with a friendly and professional catering service.

About Us We are a catering company that specialises in weddings, christenings, private parties & corporate events.

Our business ethos is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Twice as Nice Catering was set up by Mark. After working in the hotel and hospitality industry for over 15 years, Mark felt it was time for him to put all of his experiences into action and go it alone ... he has never looked back.

Over the years in hotels, Mark has organised and run events for high profiled clients such as the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Queen’s Guards and the England Cricket team, naming just a few.

We would welcome the opportunity to deliver you the best service in the industry.

Catering Services Twice as Nice Catering can cater for every occasion. Whether you are holding a business lunch, wedding reception, christening or wake, we can provide you with a delicious and varied buffet or canapĂŠs to suit your budget and requirements.

We pride ourselves in giving our customers exactly what they want and are able to tailor our menus to specific requirements or theme.

Sliver option is offered as standard, however a gold option upgrade is available.

Silver option You select your buffet type and choose from our menu. We will deliver your buffet to your function venue and set it up for you. Everything will be delivered on high quality disposable platters and you will be provided with disposable plates, napkins and cutlery as standard. We will then leave you to enjoy your event.

Gold option If you would prefer something a little more special, you may wish to opt for our upgraded service. We will provide the same choice and quality of buffet. However for a supplement we will provide crockery, table linen and stainless steel cutlery.

We will also provide staff to be on hand to set up tables, clear away at the end of the function and to be available where necessary.

Breakfast Menu We have put together a breakfast menu ideal for corporate morning meetings.

Your breakfast buffet will be delivered on high quality disposable platters along with paper plates and napkins.

Light Sandwich Buffet We have put together some Light Sandwich Buffet menus ideal for a day time function such as a corporate working lunch, christening or a wake.

This is a lighter option however if you require something more substantial then you may prefer to opt for our Cold Finger Buffet option or Cold Fork Buffet.

Menu Option 1 • Selection of traditional sandwiches on white & granary bread: (Free range egg mayonnaise & cress, Cheddar cheese & tomato, Gammon ham & English mustard, Tuna mayonnaise & cucumber.)

Afternoon Tea An Afternoon Tea Party makes the perfect occasion for almost any celebration.

Our Afternoon Tea menu comprises of a selection of dainty bite-size sandwiches, savoury parmesan cheese straws, fruit scones with cream and strawberry preserve, and a selection of traditional cakes and pastries.

Cold Fork Buffet Our Cold Fork Buffet is ideal for a sit down wedding reception or a special anniversary dinner. The menu offers a wide range of choice that will appeal to all tastes. The menu is priced at £15.95 per person for a 2 course meal.

We require a minimum number of 20 people to be able cater for this menu.

Themed cakes We can provide celebration cakes for both children & adults. These are handmade & designed to suit you.

Whether you are celebrating a christening, birthday or wedding we make homemade cake creations for every occasion.

We can produce cakes to your specification. Please phone us to discuss your requirements. Other cakes that we have produced can be found on our website.

There will be no delivery charge added to the bill if you live within a 10 mile radius of Rochester, if it’s more than the 10 mile radius, then there will be a charge of £1 per mile over the 10 mile radius.
