HOUSING COMPLEX

(BUE - ARGENTINA)

The Barracas neighborhood is located in the south part of the City of Buenos Aires, in a manufacturing area that is slowly transformingintoaresidenalone. Because of this, this area has some of the lowest populaon densiesinthecity.

This project consists of generang the largest number of possiblehousingunitswithinthecurrentplanningandbuilding codeofthecity.

Aminimumof1,2and3bedroomunitsmustbemet,aswellas shops,officesandparkingspaces.

It was solved with the design of a cloister building with a cell of housesthatarecopledtogether,formingthesetofhouses.

Each apartment has it owns balcony and they comply with the minimumregulatorymeasuresofthebuildingcodeofthecity.

URBAN DESIGN

(BUE - ARGENTINA)

This project consists of the enhancement of the southern area of the city of Buenos Aires, taking as its central axis the much degraded river called Riachuelo.ThisriveristhefisicallimitbetweenthecityofBuenosAiresandtheprovinceofBuenosAires.

It is proposed to incorporate green areas in former manufacturing areas, beer connecvity on roads, housing improvement, general ordering of thearea,newwaterfrontstreet,watertreatmentplant,amongotherthings.

CULTURAL CENTRE (BUE

- ARGENTINA)

The Cultural Centre project is located in Recoleta, City of Buenos Aires. This area is know for its museums, art galleries, libraries and other cultural buildings.

It is located just next to the engineering high school (NeoGothic architecture), a public parkandtheinterseconoftwo main roads. Also you can have access from the Las Heras subway staon, located in the samepark.

Themainideawastogeneratea building that does not obstruct the visual of the important neighboring building and to ge n e rate a p e d e st r i a n connuityfromthesquare.

TRIPLEX HOUSE (BUE

- ARGENTINA)

This three-story house is located in Villa Devoto, City of Buenos Aires. This town is located 40 min driving from the Buenos Aires CBD, and it is know as a place full of greenspacesandlowrisehouses. This type of house is known as triplex (three-stroy and mirror house), as there aretwoequalhousesinthesameyard. It has a basament with a garage and a garden, first level with a kitchen, living / dining room and a toilet. Connuing on the second floor you can find three bedrooms (one ensuite) and a bathroom, finishing with the third level with the playroomandroofwiththewatertank.

This project is located close to the Bruce Highway, in the suburb of Glenview, SunshineCoast,Queensland. It consist on the design of a glamping on thebackofaprivateyard.

This glamping project counts with a group of five sleeping tents, one adult tent, one teen tent and one for the kids. Also has a biggereventtent.

At the back, you can find a BBQ area and a playground for the kids. On the west side oftheyardyoucanfindalltheservicearea, like deposits and bins. On the front, close to Glenview Rd., there are 16 parking spacesforguests.
